By using Venda's services, you agree to these terms. Our platform is exclusively for licensed dental professionals, practices, and authorized distributors.

2. Services

We provide:

• Online dental supply catalog
• Order placement and payment processing
• Delivery across Palestine
• Customer support

3. Eligibility

You must be a licensed dental professional, dental practice, dental school, or authorized distributor. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in New Israeli Shekel (₪)
• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices may change without notice
• VAT included where applicable

5. Delivery

• Standard delivery: up to 1 week
• Express delivery: 2-3 days
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

6. Returns

• 7 days return window
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Returns require pre-authorization
• Custom orders are non-returnable

7. Liability

Venda is not liable for indirect damages, treatment outcomes, or service interruptions. You are responsible for proper professional use of all products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Palestine.
